Everything was simply great. This hotel is imaginative, has helpful employees from the front desk clerk to the maids. Its location was favourable, just off Dallas, shops. Spent our evenings in nearby Dave's Bar-b-Que enjoying drinks and atmosphere. We loved the breakfast.

Comfortable room

I asked for a room not a tuxedo but when you walked down the hall around 8-9 at night it smelled like marijuana coming out of one of the rooms really strong

Just a solid selection for a brief hiatus in Duncanville with value for price. The bed had clean sheets and was very comfortable. Bring your own cleaner for surfaces since they could use a good wipe down.

The room was decent for a quick stay. Nice having WiFi and it was pretty quiet, though I could hear some noise in the hall. Bed was comfy enough, but some other reviews mentioned bugs, and I didn't see any , good. The bathroom was clean, but I noticed a few scuffs and marks on the walls. It was just okay, and nothing too fancy. Just a no-frills spot for a night.
